In This Moment Added To Ozzfest 2007
March 30, 2007
In This Moment will spend this summer on Ozzfest 2007 as a part of the second stage’s rotating lineup alongside such acclaimed artists as Hatebreed, Nile, The Showdown and 3 Inches of Blood, among others. This will be the group’s biggest tour yet, and as guitarist Chris Howorth states, it is an opportunity they meet with open arms: “We are very proud and honored to be a part of this year's Ozzfest. Not only are we huge Ozzy fans and excited to be playing with him every day, but this year's festival is free, so everyone has a chance to come out and be a part of this amazing experience.

“It’s going to be a great chance to reach out to an entirely new audience. We are also looking forward to playing with and getting to know all the rest of the bands on the tour. It's so surreal because not too long ago we were watching the Ozzfest as fans out in the crowd, and now we are performing. It's an unbelievable feeling - we are so blessed!”

In This Moment just wrapped up the first leg of a tour alongside Kittie and Walls of Jericho, which resumes on April 17th. The group will then join labelmates Lacuna Coil for their headlining tour in May with The Gathering, Within Temptation and Stolen Babies in the support slots.

Lacuna Coil Prepare For Jager Tour, Announce Headline Tour
March 5, 2007
Lacuna Coil are currently gearing up for their first U.S. run of 2007 as part of the latest installment of the Jägermeister Music Tour alongside Stone Sour and Shadows Fall. The trek, which kicks off on March 23rd and runs through early May, is the group's fourth U.S. run in support of their 'Karmacode' album. They will be swapping out the direct support slot with Shadows Fall in certain markets in addition to performing a handful of off-date shows together.

Lacuna Coil will immediately follow up this tour with their own headlining North America run with shows in both the U.S. and Canada, which will focus on markets they are not able to hit on the Stone Sour tour. The direct support for this trek will feature either Within Temptation or The Gathering. Stolen Babies and labelmates In This Moment will occupy the other support slots. Additional headlining dates will be added soon. Check out Lacuna Coil's MySpace page for new updates.

Once upon an awkward adolescence, there was a girl that tripped often and spoke very little, a boy who ate too much junk food, but spoke a lot, and his identical twin that hit things and spoke even more. Then along came a pianist with very wiggly fingers and a baseball bat. Hence...the musical misadventures unfolded.

It all started with "The Fratellis," Stolen Babies' original 12+ member group. Horns blared, oversized dolls jumped out of toy boxes, squabbles were had, babies were stolen, turned into flies and fed to giant spiders. Eventually, the blundering theatrics came to an end, but the four stuck together.

More misadventure, more junk food...

Taking their name from a song/skit from the early days, Stolen Babies have been described as playing  prog-pop-cabaret-thrash-quirky-goth-rock. Mostly though, they would just like to think that their songs are fun to dance and fall down to.

It's nearly impossible to talk about Stolen Babies without mentioning their ongoing collaboration with graphic novelist extraordinaire Crab Scrambly. His artwork has graced their early releases, website and merch. More notably you can see Crab's original paintings that provide the otherworldly landscapes to Stolen Babies video "Push Button," and of course the artwork for the bands debut full length album "There Be Squabbles Ahead," which was recorded and produced by Dan Rathbun of Sleepytime Gorilla Museum.Which now brings Stolen Babies to...the beginning of The End.
