April 26, 2009
The Atlanta based quintet DÅÅTH just unleashed a straight shot of pure, unfiltered American metal upon the masses with their new full-length album, 'The Concealers', which was released this week. The group kicks off the worldwide touring cycle for this effort on April 15th with a month-long North American trek alongside Dragonforce. They continue their touring onslaught throughout the summer touring the U.S. with Abigail Williams, Goatwhore, SWWAATS and Abysmal Dawn. Either visit http://www.myspace.com/daath or see below to view their complete touring itinerary.

Eyal Levi (guitars) further states: “So we're one week into the Dragonforce and Cynic tour and are beyond excited that our new album is finally available. We're getting the best response ever on this tour and interestingly enough we're playing a set which seven out of the eight songs are new ones. We're feeling really great about everything that’s going on at the moment. As I’ve said before, 'The Concealers' to us is our first true record and it’s amazing seeing such a great response so early in the cycle. We look forward to seeing you all at the shows and be sure to come up to the merch booth and say hello. See you all soon.”

DÅÅTH filmed a video for the scathing new track, “Day Of Endless Light,” with director Robin Fuller (Ghost of a Thousand, Shaped By Fate) in Atlanta. Check out some photos from the shoot at this location.

'The Concealers' was produced and mixed by Jason Suecof and Mark Lewis (Trivium, All That Remains, Devildriver) and features unparalleled musicianship along with the extraordinary vocals of Sean Z.

Daath Shoot Video For 'Day Of Endless Light'
March 26, 2009
The Atlanta based quintet, DÅÅTH, is about to unleash a straight shot of pure, unfiltered American metal upon the masses with their new full-length album, 'The Concealers', which is set for an April 21st release. The group filmed a video for the scathing new track, “Day Of Endless Light,” with director Robin Fuller (Ghost of a Thousand, Shaped By Fate) in Atlanta this past weekend and click here to check out some photos from the shoot.

Eyal Levi (guitars) further states: “I hate music videos. Always have. There's been a few exceptions over the years like the old Tool videos or White Stripes videos, but for the most part they suck. Especially metal videos. How many times can we watch a group of burly dudes throwing down in a warehouse or abandoned building? With this video that was the LAST thing I wanted for us. I set out to find a team that would give us an actual work of art which could be watched and enjoyed regardless of the music. We ended up with Robin Fuller directing. We chose him because of his amazing animation skills and overall enthusiasm for the vision. The vision was to have a video shot in the style of a Frank Miller film (Sin City) and have those shots interwoven with the art and design that Jorden Haley has created for us with 'The Concealers'. This will not be your typical metal video.”

A specially priced album pre-order is now available exclusively at this location, that features a limited edition CD/t-shirt bundle for only $18 ($20 for XXL shirt). Fans also have the option to buy just the CD for only $10 and the first 250 people to purchase either the bundle or single disc will receive an autographed booklet.

New Daath Webisode Posted Online
February 12, 2009
As the anticipation for the new DÅÅTH full-length release, 'The Concealers', continues to build, the group have prepared a slew of new webisodes that will be released over the coming weeks. A new video featuring the screaming talents of the dynamic new vocalist Sean Z. can be viewed below as well as at this location.

Eyal Levi (guitars) states: “Sean Z is a fucking beast. This video is just us rehearsing a few tunes in the studio. Listen to how close he sounds to the record just in the rehearsal room.”

Stay tuned to these sites for upcoming instructional video lesson series from guitarists Emil Werstler and Eyal Levi, along with mind-blowing lessons from renowned drummer Kevin Talley.

'The Concealers' was produced and mixed by Jason Suecof and Mark Lewis (Trivium, All That Remains, Devildriver) and features unparalleled musicianship along with the extraordinary vocals of Sean Z. A new track, titled “Sharpen the Blades,” has been posted online at the official DÅÅTH MySpace page, so head over now to check it out.

There are many instances where the media and fans create misconceptions as to what a certain band sounds like or simply get lumped into a genre after numerous tours with artists from the same scene. Well, the Atlanta based quintet DÅÅTH certainly set out with a mission to truly separate themselves from the rest when recording their much anticipated new album, 'The Concealers'; which is nothing but a straight shot of pure, unfiltered American metal at its very best. The dueling guitar virtuosity of Werstler and Levi harkens many comparisons to Mustaine and Friedman, all the while the acclaimed Kevin Talley (ex-Chimaira) pounds away with fury and precision further proving he is one of the genre’s most accomplished players.

DÅÅTH’s new opus, 'The Concealers', is set for an April 21st North American release.
