Bay Area Thrashers, Skinlab, release their long awaited new LP 'The Scars Between Us' today, via Stand And Deliver/RED, and have announced a national tour with San Diego’s Mower, dubbed "Sons Of A Sik World."

The outing, sponsored by Sik World Clothing, Jagermeister and Loudside.com, sees Skinlab hitting major markets across the US, including several west coast CD Release Parties, starting Thursday 9/17 at The Voodoo Lounge in San Jose, Monday 9/21 at The Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood, and Tuesday 9/22 at San Diego’s Brick By Brick. (Mower starts the tour 9/23 in Denver.)

The video for Skinlab’s "In For The Kill" has been receiving airplay on MTV2's Headbangers Ball, and 'Scars' debuted at #3 most added on the FMQB Metal Charts.
Mower’s third offering 'Make It A Double', a split CD pairing the band with their Jazz/Lounge alter ego Slower, hit stores July 28th on Suburban Noize.
