My Bitter End Asking For Some Help
August 7, 2011
The following 'Note' has been posted to My Bitter End's Official Facebook page:

"whats up guys...i got some bad news. while at gathering of the vibes in bridgeport CT, my brother and MBE guitarist todd ranne was arrested due to possession of marijuana and money. he's facing some serious charges and we could use some help getting him out. his bail is currently 100,000 which is largely excessive(quoted from the lawyer i've been speaking to). he has court on august 8th and i'm hoping the bail gets reduced. i am doing my best to gather funds for a lawyer, bail, etc. but it is def taking it's toll on me financially and i doubt i can do it on my own. he's been denied legal aid and locked up for about 2 weeks now, the money they found w/ him was his life savings. my brother has never done any drugs besides smoke some blunts and have some drinks. he doesn't deserve to be where he is. if you want to help us out please donate to the paypal linked w/ this email...pearlmasters79@gmail.com. thanks again. BTW...this does not mean MBE will be slowing down, hank, bob, jessie, and i are still writing the new material and it's coming along fantastically, as well as todd and i having some songs already written too. we may need to utilize a fillin while todd is away, but we will cross that bridge when we get there. thanks again."

My Bitter End Issues Update
January 12, 2008
Technical Melodic Deathcore unit My Bitter End has issued the following update via the band's official Myspace page:

"Hey guys..it's been a while since we last posted and we've had a few changes occur. Firstly, we are ready to start booking shows again. We are currently available for any weekend shows starting January 25th, only regional shows in the northeast (no more than 4 hrs from NY) for now. No tourplans yet for a while. Mike only checks this myspace every couple of days so please give us a few to respond to booking inquiries, we will defintely answer back eventually.

Secondly, we unfortunately had to part ways w/ Mike Ganly as our fill in guitarist. we would like to welcome our good friend Henkle as our new fill in guitarist. We had practice w/ him tonight and we basically got a set down already. The dude shreds..another practice or 2 and we're going to be back in business!

Lastly, check out Henkle's band called Anyone But You from Vernon NJ. if you like technical metal w/ really awesome breakdowns you will love these guys, they're amazing. That's all for now friends. We're accepting show offers starting right now so if you're interested in having us please send us a msg. Thanks!"

My Bitter End released their debut album, 'The Renovation'; in February of 2007 on upstart label Uprising Records. The band also shot a video for the track "To All Things Expendable" which can be viewed below.
