Bleed The Sky Issues Post Soulfly Tour Summary
December 9, 2008
“27 shows in 28 days, a few blown tires, and an awesome Thanksgiving dinner, we are home from - hands down - the BEST tour we’ve done yet!!!

Starting out in Texas, the tour went to the east coast, through the frozen north, and ended in Hollywood, California at the Key Club. Every night was GREAT. The crowd responses were unbelievable!!! Between 500 and 1,000 fans showed up ready to throw down every night, and that they did with some of the most brutal pits we have ever seen!!! Every band on this tour came out for blood! We had the privilege of being direct support for Soulfly every night, and since many of our fans are Soulfly fans too, it was a match made in Hell!!!

The best part of being on tour is meeting ‘People You Consider Family,’ and that is exactly what we have with Our Brothers from Soulfly, Devastation, and Incite. The brotherhood between all the bands made this tour so easy, it was almost too short because we could have kept going for a few more months!!! With members of Devastation leaving half-way through the tour, we all had to pull together and to make sure that the show went on, and when everyone on the tour stepped up on vocals and bass, no one ever knew the difference. It made for a party every night on stage with our thrash metal brothers Devastation!!!

All of us in Bleed The Sky are looking forward to future tours with Soulfly, Incite, and the band formerly known as Devastation. The end of this tour was like leaving summer camp. WE ARE BROTHERS FOR LIFE!!! Thanks to all the fans who came out to support us and a special thanks goes to the Cavalera Family for taking such good care of all the bands & crew on this tour… and for the great Thanksgiving dinner in Tempe!!!”

Biography
YEAR FORMED: 2005
HOME TOWN: Phoenix, AZ
MEMBERS:
Richie - Vocals
Zak - Drums
Dis - Guitar
Marrufo - Bass

Incite was formed in Phx, AZ in 2005, and since then has been making their mark on the music world. From their beginning, this band was clearly a fresh face of some heavy, kick your ass, face melting metal. With songs like "You should be killed", and "Follow Me” from their demo titled "Murder". It was sure! Word of this band would spread fast through the underground. After some vigorous writing and playing local shows, the band got their break. Getting help from Oasis Management landed the band on Nation wide tours with several Major acts, as well as getting the band played numerous times on Sirius Satellite radio and countless local and college radio stations around the world. No more was this band constrained to the desert of Arizona; it was time to bring Incite to the metal masses.

Over the next year and a half, Incite landed on three long U.S tours with bands like Soulfly, Throwdown, Bloodsimple, Thine Eyes Bleed, Gizmachi and Scars of Tomorrow, and played shows with Cradle of Filth. In their debut they were able to sell over 6,000 ep's, which was sold only on their tours. Every tour the crowds got bigger and bigger. When you see them live you can tell, there is something about this band that draws people in, it's a real sense of "Fuck you we don't care", but at the same time very united. Just in your face metal.. The 2006 recording from Incite was the "Murder" demo. It was recorded at the Saltmine Recording Studio in Mesa AZ, which has done work for bands like Megadeth, Korn, Soulfly, and Ministry just to name a few. It was engineered by John Grey and produced by Incite.

As of 2007 Incite's founding member Richie (Cavalera) replaced the members due to creative differences. 2008 Brought together a new linup to create Incite's first official EP "Divided We Fail", which is the bands latest release. Recorded at Villain Recording in Phoenix, AZ with co-producer/engineer Aaron Laman, Incite brings a more old school trash approach to the new music. This band has only touched on the brink of what it's going to do, and you should expect big things from this band in the future. Expect Incite's first full length cd soon.

Incite will be on the Infliktour package this summer in support of their new EP.
