FFDP Release New Song 'Under And Over It' Via Revolver Mag
July 31, 2011
Yeah, a few days late here too... been jamming the song though and it's more reminiscent of the material from their debut album 'Way Of The Fist', which was more aggressive (yet still commercially viable) than that last turd of an album. So yeah... if you're a fan we're sure you'll dig it. If you haven't heard it already, jam it below!

FFDP Complete MayhemFest, To Perform On Jimmy Kimmel
August 16, 2010
Five Finger Death Punch took their message to the masses across North America this past summer as part of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival's main stage line-up alongside Korn and Rob Zombie. FFDP set featured their biggest stage show yet reminiscent of Iron Maiden and Tool's larger than life production.

Five Finger Death Punch are now preparing to make their national television debut performing on The Jimmy Kimmel Show tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 17th. The group's latest single, "Bad Company," peaked at #2 on the Active Rock charts and became their 5th Top Ten charting single at Active Rock radio.

Stay tuned for a major North American touring announcement to be made in the coming weeks and in the meantime stay tuned to for all current news and happenings.

FFDP Win Golden Gods Awards, Playing Jimmy Kimmel 8/17
June 22, 2010
As they gear up for this summer's Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival, where they'll be sharing the main stage alongside Korn, Rob Zombie and Lamb of God, Five Finger Death Punch are making waves around the globe.

Last weekend, the quintet won back-to-back hardware at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards in London for "Best Breakthrough Band" and "Best Shredder" for guitarist and band-founder Zoltan Bathory. Death Punch won last year for "Best New Band" at the Golden Gods Awards, making them three-for-three with winning awards at the heralded annual ceremony. 5FDP also marked the occasion with a blazing performance at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards, televised on BBC.

A few days earlier, 5FDP caused even more buzz and controversy with their explosive performance at the Download Festival in Donington, UK. At the end of their set, the crowd of 90,000 became so rowdy that the festival shut down the PA. Crowd surfers rushed the stage to shake the hand of 5FDP front man Ivan Moody, which created a historically out of control atmosphere on the festival grounds.

While concert-goers were upset that the show was stopped, the buzz has been palpable. In their live review of 5FDP's Download set, Kerrang! Magazine said it "bolstered their reputation as metal's big stars in waiting." The performance at the festival caused a huge jump in UK sales this week.

The same fervor continues here in the US, where frontman Ivan Moody graces the cover of Revolver Magazine (for their upcoming Mayhem preview issue) dressed as Frankenstein - one of the "Monsters of Mayhem."

The band will be performing the song during their August 17th performance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live." The band is touring in support of their latest album, 'War Is The Answer', which entered Billboard's Top 200 Album Chart at No. 7 and has sold more than a quarter-million copies to date.

Five Finger Death Punch has been pummeling audiences since the release of their critically acclaimed debut album, The Way of the Fist. With their hit single “The Bleeding” pulverizing the Active rock charts and MTV2’s Headbanger’s Ball, the album has been called a “Cowboys from Hell for this millennium (Outburn Magazine).”

The band has already toured with the likes of Korn, Hellyeah, Trivium, and Atreyu in the short time since their album debuted in the Billboard Top 200. After recruiting a devoted die-hard fanbase (The Knuckleheads) and selling over 150,000 records - the band is gearing up for 08’s biggest metal events… hitting the road with Disturbed in April and joining The Metal Mayhem Festival (Slipknot, Disturbed, Machine Head, Mastodon and more) in July.

This summer audiences will see why Metal Edge calls Five Finger Death Punch “the sound of violent exhilaration, giving contemporary metal a belligerent shove in an exciting direction.”
