Brian Posehn Premieres Video For 'More Metal Than You'

Comedian / actor Brian Posehn sees the premiere of his "More Metal Than You" video exclusively via www.MySpace.com. The full animated, and soon to be talked about, video was developed by Brian Musikoff (Manual Comics) and John Kuramoto (Phoobis) and is the first video from Brian's brand new album 'Fart And Wiener Jokes'. Brian recorded "More Metal Than You" with a host of musical guests including Scott Ian (Anthrax), Joey Vera (Armored Saint, Fates Warning), John Tempesta (Exodus, Rob Zombie), Mark Osegueda (Death Angel), Brett Anderson (The Donnas), Brendon Small (Dethklok), and Mark Morton (Lamb Of God).

'Fart And Wiener Jokes' was released last week and debuted as the #1 comedy record and at #5 on the Heatseeker's chart as tracked by Billboard. The album is currently streaming in it's entirety at www.FartAndWienerJokes.info.

Additionally, Brian Posehn was a special guest on the syndicated radio show, Loveline with Dr. Drew, last night. The episode can be heard as a podcast online via www.LovelineShow.com.

Brian Posehn On Jimmy Fallon Tonight

Comedian / actor Brian Posehn will be appearing on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon tonight, Monday April 26th, on NBC. Brian Posehn will be in the guest seat talking about his brand new record, 'Fart And Wiener Jokes', in stores tomorrow. Tonight's show will also include Kathie Lee Gifford and musical guests Gogol Bordello. Late Night With Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights on NBC at 12:35 am EST / 11:35 pm CST. 'Fart And Wiener Jokes', the follow-up to his debut album 'Live In: Nerd Rage', sees its North American release date tomorrow, Tuesday, April 27th. The record was recorded at various live gigs across the US and features two musical tracks, "More Metal Than You" and a cover of the Kenny Rogers classic "The Gambler" that he recorded with Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed, Kingdom Of Sorrow). "More Metal Than You" is Brian Posehn on vocals with a host of musical guests as his band including Scott Ian (Anthrax), Joey Vera (Armored Saint, Fates Warning), John Tempesta (Exodus, Rob Zombie), Mark Osegueda (Death Angel), Brett Anderson (The Donnas), Brendon Small (Dethklok), and Mark Morton (Lamb Of God). The song was recently premiered on Sirius / XM's Liquid Metal channel and can be heard online now via www.MySpace.com/BrianPosehn.

Brian Posehn will be a live guest on two Sirius / XM shows tomorrow. From 1:30 to 2:00 pm EST, Brian will be on Road Dog's "Freewheelin" with Chris & Meredith" show and then from 3:15 to 3:40 pm EST, he'll join Jay Thomas on Stars Too.

Brian Posehn has also posted two comedy tracks, "iTunes" and "Valet In The Valley," off 'Fart And Wiener Jokes' online via his MySpace page. Brian is out now headlining dates in support of 'Fart And Wiener Jokes'. He'll be in Irvine, CA later this week and Tempe, AZ next week with more dates to be announced shortly.

Brian Posehn Debuts Material Off 'Fart And Weiner Jokes'

Brian Posehn has posted two tracks, "ITunes" and "Valet In The Valley," off his brand new stand-up album, 'Fart And Wiener Jokes', online now via his newly redesigned Myspace page. 'Fart And Wiener Jokes' is due out on April 27th and is available for pre-order at this location.

Posehn performed this week as part of South By Southwest, co-headlining the Relapse Records 2010 SXSW Showcase along with metal legends Voivod. He also has dates lined up in Irvine, CA, Tempe, AZ and a special one-time performance with his all-star band featuring Scott Ian, Brendon Small, John Tempesta and Joey Vera at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards show in Los Angeles, CA on April 8th. This performance will be later televised on May 22nd on VH1 Classic. Additional live dates will be announced soon.

Brian Posehn To Release New Album In April

Comedian/actor Brian Posehn will release his brand new stand-up album, 'Fart And Wiener Jokes', on April 27th via Relapse Records.

'Fart And Wiener Jokes', the follow-up to his is 'Live In: Nerd Rage' debut, was recorded at various live gigs across the US during 2009. The record will also include two musical tracks, "More Metal Than You" and a cover of the Kenny Rogers classic "The Gambler." Posehn recorded these songs with the help of a number of "metal" all-stars including Scott Ian (Anthrax), Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed, Kingdom Of Sorrow), Mark Morton (Lamb Of God), John Tempesta (Exodus, The Cult), Russ Parrish (Steel Panther), and more. 'Fart And Wiener Jokes' is set for an April 27th North American release date, May 3rd internationally, and is available for pre-order at this location.

Additionally, Posehn will be headlining club shows throughout the month of February. He is currently booked for multiple shows in Louisville, KY and Peoria, IL with a special one-off show in Flint, MI. Brian Posehn

Brian Posehn is a funny man who has been in lots of funny stuff and is known to many as "that one guy from TV". If you pay attention to what you watch, you might know him best as Kevin; the weirdo mail boy from Just Shoot Me, or from any of his guest appearances on other sitcoms (Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond, Bernie Mac, The Showbiz Show with David Spade) and movies (The Wedding Singer, Run Ronnie Run, Dumb and Dumberer, The Devil's Rejects).

Most notably though, you know him as part of the creative core of HBO's legendary, Emmy-nominated Mr. Show, his Comedy Central special, and from the critically-acclaimed Comedians of Comedy Tour.
