The label has teamed up with sponsors Indie Merch, official media partner Metal Sucks , Epiphone Guitars , Sailor Jerry Rum, Texas based retailer Hastings, heavy metal ringtone provider Tones of Death and Warlord Clothing. Right before them will be Phoenix, Arizona's death metal/grind titans Landmine Marathon whose new album 'Sovereign Descent' comes out the day before. Atlanta's Withered will be providing a soundtrack of their signature blackened doom, before they head into the studio to record the follow up to the critically acclaimed, 'Folie Circulaire'. Seattle's Book Of Black Earth are making an appearance before they also hit the studio to record a new full length. LA's The Funeral Pyre just wrapped up in the studio for a summer release, and they'll be playing third. Opening the night will be special guests Denver's Clinging To The Trees Of A Forest Fire and Austin's own Lions Of Tsavo.

The label will be giving away two signed guitars, courtesy of Epiphone; one at the show and one in the near future. There will also be Sailor Jerry drink specials throughout the night.

September 22, 2009
Divine Heresy's pummeling new offering, 'Bringer of Plagues', redefines the meaning of aggression and takes extreme to an all new level. The unrelenting new offering was released earlier this summer to rave reviews across the board and debuted at an impressive #148 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. This album is hailed as the most brutal and unrelenting offering of the legendary Dino Cazares’ stellar career. Newcomer Travis Neal (ex-The Bereaved) has undoubtedly proven that he is the perfect fit for the role as he delivers a debut performance for the ages. Either see below or visit www.myspace.com/divineheresyband to view their complete touring itinerary.

Cazares
further states: “We have been waiting patiently for the perfect touring opportunity to present itself and we couldn’t possibly be more pleased to be direct support to the mighty Moonspell this fall. This North American tour is exactly what we were looking for as we wanted a chance to perform in front of a lot of new faces that might not have been exposed to our band. This tour marks the kickoff of a massive worldwide touring campaign to support the new 'Bringer of Plagues' album. Divine Heresy is better than ever and we are embarking on this tour with only one, simple goal in mind: to annihilate everything in our path. Expect an unrelenting set and if your jaw isn’t on the floor when we finish, then we haven’t done our job, but that won’t be the case. Be sure to come by the merch booth each night to say hello to us all and we look forward to seeing everyone soon. It’s certainly been way too long.”

In other Cattle Decap news…the band have wrapped up the “Regret & the Grave” video shoot! The band had the following to say about the shoot:

"We would like to thank everyone that showed up for our video shoot on Sunday for the song “Regret & the Grave” which appears on our new album, 'The Harvest Floor'! We managed to pull off some serious guerilla style filming right in the middle of a busy park with frightening “shock troopers” walking and pacing around in full regalia and the volunteers helped offset that with their “normal” and toned down looks. We really appreciate all the hard work and waiting around you guys did!!! Special thanks to the main actors Carey Rainey and Christine Simko for putting in the extra hours… THANK YOU!!!

The video should be ready for viewing within a couple weeks, just a couple more scenes to shoot and we’re DONE! It’s going to quite a disturbing piece of footage to say the least."

Immediately following the release of 'The Harvest Floor', Cattle Decapitation will be hitting the road in support of the album. This will be the band’s first full run of tour dates since 2007 and will be called "Killing ‘Til Oblivion 2009".
