Born Of Osiris Prepare For Tour With All That Remains
October 18, 2010
Born Of Osiris will take a break from the recording process to join All That Remains and labelmates Asking Alexandria for a North American run, which all kicks off for them on Oct. 19th. Either see below or visit www.myspace.com/boronofosiris to view their complete touring itinerary. Also, be sure to check out the MySpace page for their new webisode series providing an in-depth look into the current recording process.

Lee McKinney (guitars) states: "As for the new album, I should start by saying it's WAY heavier than anything the band ever released. There is definitely nothing we've done that's anywhere near this heavy. We have moved onto seven strings and it couldn't have complimented our sound any better. We brought back the 'BOO-bounce' on this one. It's definitely a really fun and upbeat album. We've also been writing this album for a long time. We had 16 to 18 songs going into the studio and we are going to be leaving with 12 songs that we feel are the strongest. We all live in a house together and that has really upped the creativity level. We go from on tour to living at home together, so we are all focusing on the band constantly. Also, the addition of our new guitar player Jason Richardson has increased the amount of shred on this album. There are some really incredible guitar solos on this album from the both of us. It takes the band to a whole new level of musicality. This album contains an awesome mix of our most heavy, most technical, most atmospheric and most beautiful melodies ever. No matter what album you've liked better of ours so far, this one tops both easily. We are producing this album at Bota Studio outside of Chicago, IL. Brandon Paddock (John Feldman's engineer) will be taking up mixing duties on this one.

"As for the tour, this will be the last time we are going to be playing so much of 'The New Reign' and 'A Higher Place'. Starting next year we are going to be playing as much of this new album as we can. We will definitely be playing a new song live on this tour. We just wish we would have had the chance to release it to everyone before we start playing it every night. Aside from us, All That Remains is a great band and label mates Asking Alexandria will be joining us on the tour, so come on out and hang with us. It's going to be a night to remember, we promise."

Thy Will Be Done Frontman Comments On Fear Factory Tour
May 21, 2010
After a successful winter tour that they were personally invited to perform on by Dez Fafara of DevilDriver, Providence Rhode Island's Thy Will Be Done are now out on the road with Fear Factory, Prong, and Silent Civilian. The Fear Campaign Tour is set to tear across the US throughout the rest of May and the first half of June. Special guests All That Remains will join up with the tour on June 8th. No strangers to the road, Thy Will Be Done have been touring non-stop since the release of their 2007 debut album 'Was And Is To Come'.

Front man J. Costa had the following to say about the current tour:
"We're genuine fans of music first and foremost, so it's still a bit surreal to be a part of a tour with Fear Factory whom not only is highly influential to Thy Will Be Done but so many other bands! I hear FF in SO many bands and for whatever reason, in my opinion, not enough people site them as being as HIGHLY influential and groundbreaking as they are.

The same is also felt about Prong! We owe so much to them for helping pave the way. We're also glad to be out here with SIlent Civilian. They're solid musicians and people and Jonny's got some serious pipes. So, as music fans and musicians, we're super humbled and appreciative to be on this run."

Their 2009 follow-up effort, 'In Ancient of Days', was released June 30 again through Stillborn Records and produced, engineered and mixed by Zeuss with Jamey Jasta as executive producer. The European release features the bonus track "Mystery, Her Name". An exclusive alternate version of the album is also available in the US through retailer Hot Topic which features the track "Becoming the Way".

October 12, 2009
Massachusetts hard rockers, All That Remains, debuted their video for their latest single "Forever in Your Hands" exclusively on MySpace.com at www.myspace.com/metal on October 7th. The video will also air on an upcoming episode of MTV2's Headbangers Ball hosted by the band on the morning of October 18th at 2:00 AM ET.

Filmed this summer in Washington DC while on the Mayhem tour, the video is directed by David Brodsky (Unearth, The Black Dahlia Murder, Suicide Silence) and features cameos by Adam D. and Joel Stroetzel of KsE, Shannon Lucas of The Black Dahlia Murder, and Byron Davis and Doc Coyle of God Forbid. The video will be available for sale on iTunes on October 13th. ATR will also be offering a free download of the song "Frozen" on the band's MySpace page. This song was previously unreleased in the United States and only available in Japan.

In other news the band's hit single "Two Weeks" is now featured on the Rock Band Metal Track Pack, a standalone disc available October 13th at retail stores nationwide. The Metal Track Pack will feature 20 metal tracks from artists including Lamb of God, Bullet For My Valentine, Judas Priest and more.

All That Remains
is currently on the HardDrive Live tour with Lacuna Coil and Maylene & The Sons of Disaster. They will continue on the road this winter co-headlining with The Devil Wears Prada on the Napalm & Noise Tour (with support from Story Of The Year and Haste The Day). All tour dates are available below.

Massachusetts hard rockers ATR have toured all year in the US and Europe with bands like Slipknot and Disturbed and just wrapped the summer Rockstar Mayhem Tour. They are currently on the road in support of their release 'Overcome', which debuted at #16 on the Billboard Top 200 chart last year and has already sold over 200,000 copies. The band continues to do well at radio with another Top 20 Active Rock single, "Forever in Your Hands." ATR was featured on a special summer cover of Alternative Press as well as previous covers of Revolver and Metal Edge Magazines. The band's music videos are frequently played on MTV2 and Fuse and have tracks featured on both Rock Band and Guitar Hero 2 video games, resulting in over 100,000 additional individual track downloads.

Biography
YEAR FORMED: 1998
HOME TOWN: Boston, MA
MEMBERS:
Philip Labonte (vocals)
Oli Hebert (guitar)
Mike Martin (guitar)
Jeanne Sagan (bass)
Jason Costa (drums)

People have a certain idea of what this band is, and when they hear the new stuff...it will completely and totally be a new approach to our same style, vocalist Phil Labonte says. Its almost like a new way to look at an old friend."

With a desire to continually evolve, yet retain the trademark heavy and technically-proficient sound that All That Remains has established with the bands breakthrough album, 2004s This Darkened Heart, Labonte and company have done just that with The Fall of Ideals. Where the last record found the band intertwining heavy music, virtuoso solos, and unmatchable melody, All That Remains current collective goal is to build on elements that the last album only hinted at. Everything we did on This Darkened Heart, we are turning up a notch, Labonte says. This disc will have some of the most aggressive, and some of the most friendly, pieces of music All That Remains has ever written.

After initially forming in 1998 as a side project for Labonte and guitarist Oli Herbert, the band left a stamp on the underground metal scene with its debut album, 2002s Behind Silence and Solitude. After bringing in guitarist Mike Martin and releasingThis Darkened Heart to rave reviews in 2004, All That Remains landed high-profile tours and shows alongside the likes of Gwar, The Crown, Arch Enemy, Darkest Hour, Shadows Fall, Lamb of God, and Slipknot and toured virtually non-stop, only taking a break in late 2005 to write new material.

Now, The Fall of Ideals is the culmination of the original ideals, ideas, and elements that All That Remains was initially founded upon. Combining the grinding riffs and unrelenting rhythms of death metal legends and the tandem fluidity of Martin and Herberts shredding, alongside Labontes ever-expanding vocal repertoire of soaring cleans and guttural growls, the band has now become everything it has been striving for since its inception.

Were now at the point where we're the band I always wanted to us to be," Labonte says. Musically, were capable of doing what I originally wanted to do. As musicians, we can all live up to that goal.

With producer Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) and engineer Peter Wichers (ex-Soilwork) in tow, and artwork by Travis Smith (Iced Earth, Opeth, Soilwork), All That Remains doesnt simply possess flashy production, engaging artwork, or memorable songs. Instead, All That Remains has all three integral elements wrapped up in an undeniably heavy and aggressive, yet irrefutably memorable, package.

Taking that package on the road, All That Remains has an already busy 2006 with appearances on the European edition of Sounds Of The Underground, a stateside run on Ozzfest, and headlining duties in the fall. For the scores of fans theyve already gained through constant hard work, The Fall of Ideals is the next logical step, taking the band precisely where theyve always wanted to be.
