Civet Set To Hit The Road With Aiden

Femme fatale punk rockers Civet are set to show the boys of Aiden a thing or two as the bands set out together for a US tour that kicks off in Fresno CA on November 11th.

Civet will be showcasing songs from their Hellcat debut 'Hell Hath No Fury', which has been winning the aggressive four-piece legions of devoted fans across the country. Having honed their chops with the likes of the Dropkick Murphys, Rancid and Tiger Army, Civet are breathing new life into the punk rock scene and are not to be missed live.

Aiden Announce U.S. Tour For Nov/Dec

Seattle’s dark rockers, Aiden, have announced they will be touring the U.S. this November in support of current album 'Conviction'. Support comes from girl punk band Civet and God Or Julie.

'Lost Boys: The Tribe' Soundtrack Details

Bloodsuckers and rock fans rejoice! There’s a new soundtrack for your hot, sweaty summer.

A 1987 cult hit, "The Lost Boys" soundtrack is arguably one of the most beloved movie soundtracks of the last 20 years. Armed with great, eerie songs that fit perfectly opposite the little film with a big bite, the soundtrack to the much anticipated sequel, 'Lost Boys: The Tribe', delivers just the same.

Helping to create a soundtrack worthy of it’s well-respected predecessor, the 'Lost Boys: The Tribe' soundtrack includes Aiden covering the classic anthem “Cry Little Sister” while The Von Bondies offer up “Only To Haunt You,” a never-before heard cut from their new album 'Love Hate And Then There’s You'. Others include Dave Gahan of Depeche Mode fame, as well as the revamped Blind Melon.

Other previously unreleased tracks include Seether’s live acoustic rendition of “Burrito” and G.Love & Special Sauce’sLong Way Down.

Says Aiden singer Wil Francis: "When we were approached to be a part of the new Lost Boys movie I was beside myself. Being such a fan of the original I could hardly set my excitement aside. This is a great opportunity for us to pay homage and be a part of something spectacular."

Aiden Announce "The World By Storm" Tour
January 22, 2008
The boys from Seattle have announced their first dates of 2008. The band wrapped up 2007 on the International Taste Of Chaos tour, and are set to return to the States headlining The World By Storm Tour. Promoting their latest hit album, 'Conviction', Aiden promises to deliver and astounding live set that is sure to assault all the senses. Joining the assault are Madina Lake, Schoolyard Heroes, My American Heart, and Victory label mates Farewell To Freeway.

The first leg of the tour kicks off on January 26th in Anchorage, Alaska, reaching its final destination at the Webster in Hartford, CT on March 20th. Their latest single, Moment was recently added to Fuse.

Vocalist Wil Francis states We have been touring non-stop for the past 3 years. In that time we have been a part of some really amazing tours and met some amazing people along the way. Now is our time to step up and do our own shows on our own terms. We have never been more excited to get out on the road. The first half of 2008 will be a string of headlining runs all over the world. The first leg of course is "The World By Storm, part USA", followed by "Part UK/Europe", and then ending in May with "Part Canada". We hope to see everyone out on the road singing and dancing together.

Taste of Chaos dates announced
December 4, 2006
Dates for the 2007 Rockstar Energy Drink Taste of Chaos Tour have been announced. This year's trek gets underway on February 15 in Seattle and winds down April 6 in Calgary with a killer lineup that includes The Used, 30 Seconds To Mars, Senses Fail, Saosin, Chiodos, Aiden, Evaline and more.

The band Aiden was named after the little boy in the movie The Ring.

Their first full-length album,was released on Dead Teenager Records, titled Our Gang's Dark Oath; it was recorded while Jake Davision and Angel were still in high school, being released shortly after they had left.

In 2004, the band were signed to Victory Records. Their second album, and debut for Victory Records, was released October 4, 2005 and was titled Nightmare Anatomy.

In 2006, they contributed a remix of "The Last Sunrise", for the soundtrack to Underworld: Evolution, and had their song "Die Romantic" featured on the EA Sports' game NCAA MVP Baseball 2006. Aiden was also part of the 2006 Kerrang Awards in August, taking home the award of "Best International Newcomer", and was part of the Kerrang XXV tour in January 2006. In May and June of that year, Aiden toured with the Finnish band HIM. They also played the 2006 Warped Tour that summer.

On October 31st, 2006, Aiden released an EP/DVD titled Rain In Hell.While the CD didn't receive rave reviews, the acoustic track 'Silent Eyes' and the ethereal opening track 'A Candlelight Intro' hint towards a broadening of Aiden's musical style. The DVD includes 3 music videos and the live performance of Aiden's Never Sleep Again Tour in Chicago. In October-November 2006, Aiden played the "Never Sleep Again Tour" with Silverstein and It Dies Today.

In April 2007, Aiden played an arena tour of the UK supporting Lostprophets with Taking Back Sunday. Aiden also played the 2007 "Taste Of Chaos" North American Tour alongside The Used, 30 Seconds to Mars, Senses Fail, Saosin, Chiodos, and Evaline. They are currently playing a West Coast tour, and will play a national tour in August-September 2007 with From Autumn to Ashes, I Am Ghost, and Night Kills the Day. After that, they will play the International Taste of Chaos tour in late 2007.

The band's third studio album entitled 'Conviction' was released August 21, 2007.

On their recent West Coast Revival Tour, singer, wiL Francis has stated that the band will be joined by Drop Dead, Gorgeous, Still Remains and 1997 on their upcoming US Headlining Tour this fall.

A remix to the single "One Love" was made in collaboration with The Legion of Doom for the upcoming move Resident Evil Extinction.
